Exercise Balls/ Active Sitting Desk Chairs
Keep yourself in riding shape as you work! Sitting on an exercise ball helps keep your riding muscles strong—while you catch up on your work away from the barn. Each ball comes with a poster with Julie showing you how to do exercises to improve your riding at your desk. Choose a ball by size: 55 cm is purple ( for people 5'2" and under), 65 cm is blue ( for people 5'2" to 5'7') 75 cm is gray (for people 5'7'+).

Specially designed 48" long rigid fiberglass stick with foam grip and 18" square, yellow, nylon flag secured to end (flag is removable and is silk-screened with Goodnight logo). Made with high-tech fishing pole and golf club technology, the stick is lightweight, rigid and strong; yet balances easily in your hand. The nylon flag is bright yellow because that is the color that horses and cattle are most aware of, according to research. The training flag is an essential tool for round pen and lead line work, dealing with training problems and is useful for desensitizing and de-spooking your horse.

The flared bootcut has a hidden gusset at the hem that closes with a heavy duty side zipper (brass or chrome). The elastic stirrup is attached high on the calf and can be worn inside or outside your boots.
